Role Description

The PAP team at Aeroflow Sleep is growing fast and we’re on the lookout for bright, positive, ambitious go-getters who aren’t afraid to go all in to contribute to meeting, and exceeding, team and personal goals.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound phone and email communication to patients to gather information, provide updates, and schedule PAP setup appointments.
• Maintain log of new PAP order patients, keeping follow up dates current to ensure timely processing.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for PAP referrals.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure patients qualify for prescribed equipment.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referral sources as you work with them to obtain additional clinical information in order to serve our patients.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure quality customer service to our patients and referral partners.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing patient and referral source inquiries professionally.
• Perform additional duties and support tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the Sleep Team.
• Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

• Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
• Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in a customer service related field.
• 1+ year experience in a healthcare related position.
