Role Description

Unity Communications is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Remote Office & Customer Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day customer service and administrative operations of our business partners in the United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer communication and supporting daily office operations, including:

• Answering calls
• Qualifying leads
• Scheduling appointments
• Following up with customers and proposals
• Maintaining accurate CRM information

This is more than an answering-service position. The ideal candidate will help manage the customer journey from the initial call through lead qualification, appointment scheduling, proposal follow-up, and ongoing customer communication.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and committed to ensuring that:

• Calls are answered
• Leads are properly followed up
• Appointments are confirmed
• Customers receive timely responses
• Opportunities do not fall through the cracks

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, administrative, or sales-support roles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating with customers throughout the day
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with CRM or scheduling systems is preferred
• Proactive attitude and strong follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Dependable and committed to following established processes and procedures

Requirements

• Up to $18,600 MXN gross monthly compensation package

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid meal break
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid meal break
