Role Description

This role involves helping clients create unforgettable vacations while working remotely.

• Consult with clients to plan customized vacations tailored to their interests and budget
• Arrange flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, excursions, and specialty trips
• Provide personalized destination recommendations and travel advice
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage bookings from inquiry to confirmation
• Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Stay up to date on travel promotions, trends, and supplier updates
• Maintain organized booking and client records
