[Hiring] Remote Agents – Flexible Hours | Paid Per Hour @Tendril

Role Description

As a Remote Agent, you’ll make outbound calls using our platform and connect contacts with our Representatives. Your job is simple:

• Handle the gatekeeper
• Follow the script
• Transfer the call when ready

No selling. No cold pitching. Just facilitating the connection.

Qualifications

• Intermediate English (B1 or higher; stronger English = more hours)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace tools)
• Reliable equipment:
• Computer with 8GB RAM minimum
• Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor (or better)
• 100 Mbps internet speed or higher
• Headset with microphone
• Call center or phone experience is a plus
