[Hiring] Relocation Consultant I @Anywhere

Role Description

The Relocation Consultant serves as the “navigator” of the relocation process for domestic transferees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Administering relocation policy/program
• Counseling on best utilization of resources
• Coordinating the shipment of household goods, destination services, and expense management
• Ensuring customer and client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner through delivery of excellent service
• Maintaining an assigned caseload while delivering impeccable customer service to external and internal customers
• Providing primary coordination for all phases of relocation activities on behalf of the client as outlined in the contractual agreement
• Providing exemplary customer service to transferees and their families
• Demonstrating knowledge of Cartus’ products and services in all interactions with clients and customers
• Coordinating/Facilitating Cartus’ core products and services to assigned customers according to prescribed Cartus’ standards
• Recognizing and identifying cross-selling opportunities based on transferees' needs to generate new sources of revenue
• Ensuring data integrity in all Cartus systems
• Maintaining compliance with Cartus’ corporate policies, programs, and standards
• Other duties as assigned; training, special projects, client presentations, etc.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Customer service experience in a multi-task, call center environment
• Influential verbal and written communication skills
• One plus year relocation, real estate, or related field experience
