• Flag edited, duplicate, or potentially abusive content for review.
• Keep personal details out of public messages.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office administration, social media support, or written correspondence is useful.
• Ability to write calmly and keep a record.
• Understanding that a public reply is not the place to resolve a private account issue.
