Role Description

This position combines customer service with consultative sales. You’ll connect with clients who have requested information, guide them through their options, and help them make informed decisions based on their needs.

• No cold calling — clients request information

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
