Society Insurance is seeking an experienced Premium Receivables Representative II to join our team!

• Provides customer-focused support by handling inbound and outbound phone calls from insureds and agents.
• Responds to inquiries through a Billing Inbox.
• Assists customers via online chat to ensure timely and accurate resolution of billing needs.
• Processes payments from policyholders and agents.
• Balances daily cash from various sources.
• Processes and oversees daily invoices and notices for mailing.
• Analyzes payment discrepancies and account inquiries.
• Analyzes financial data and resolves discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of related customer service, finance, accounting, or insurance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to operate in a team environment.
