Role Description

We are seeking polished, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Premium Client Support Specialists. In this position, you will provide attentive assistance to clients as they explore vacation options, coordinate selected services, and prepare for upcoming trips. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering a high level of customer care, researching options, managing important details, and maintaining clear communication. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

• Connect with clients to understand their destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, priorities, and special requests.
• Research quality resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services through approved resources.
• Assist with coordinating chosen arrangements and organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide consistent client support by sharing updates, responding to routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and helping with standard changes when needed.
• Review information for accuracy, track important dates and deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue developing knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
