[Hiring] POS Technical Support Specialist @NorthAB LLC

Role Description

The POS Technical Support Specialist II is responsible for merchant hardware configuration and deployment, keeping track of inventory and related entries in the database. Responsible for world-class service and escalating higher level merchant/deployment issues promptly.

• Focus on clients operating in Oracle Simphony and other POS systems to support technical questions for hardware, software, or networking.
• Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders and configure hardware.
• Route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed.
• Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
• Perform filing of electronic documents and ensure stored information is accurate and complete.
• Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in call center support of Oracle Simphony.
• 2+ years experience in technical customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong general knowledge of computers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Requirements

• One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required.
