Role Description

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team as Portuguese Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson, a global leader in premium consumer electronics. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Dyson’s innovative consumer electronics portfolio, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and hair care technology.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient communication to customers via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, product guidance, and post-purchase inquiries to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to act as a brand ambassador for one of the most prestigious names in the consumer electronics industry.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM systems to drive continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with international teams to meet performance KPIs and service level agreements.
• Engage with clients to offer solutions that align with their specific household and lifestyle needs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate within our global corporate environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or a strong passion for the consumer electronics sector is highly advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a tech-savvy mindset.
• Residency within Greece or a commitment to relocate to Greece for this role.
