Role Description

As a Payment Processing Specialist, you will provide document review and data support to our client. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration.

• Support Expert pay, a child support payment processing center.
• Process payments for the 50 states of the United States plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
• Provide assistance to Parents Paying Support, Employers, and Payroll service providers.
• Help users navigate the website, reactivate accounts, and send passwords.
• Address inquiries about payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Good grammar and computer skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs, answer questions, and resolve problems.
• Provide customers with important information while communicating in a warm, empathetic manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
• Internet at home (25 MBPS).
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
