[Hiring] Patient Support Specialist @Onera Health

Role Description

We’re seeking a compassionate and people-oriented Patient Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for patients using our at-home sleep study, guiding them through every step and ensuring they feel supported, informed and motivated throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Based on the West Coast US or Hawaii
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion
• Confidence working with digital tools and systems
• Experience in healthcare, customer support or patient care is preferred but not required
• Spanish proficiency is a plus

Requirements

• Provide friendly, empathetic support to patients via phone, email or chat
• Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve the company’s services and product offering
• Provide administrative support related to patient outreach, documentation and follow-ups
• Partner across teams to continuously improve the patient experience
