Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or in a similar healthcare administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems is a plus
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and office software
• High school diploma required; additional qualifications in healthcare administration preferred

Requirements

• Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation
