If a patient has questions about a hospital or physician bill at ProMedica, the Patient Account Analyst will be there to answer.

• Contact patients about registration, billing, and collection
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts
• Resolve any questions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in medical registration, billing, customer service or collection
