[Hiring] Part-Time Scheduling Agent @Intouch Insight

Role Description

As a Scheduling Agent, your job is to source independent contractors who can test out the customer experience at their local retail, grocery, take-out, and convenience stores. You will also support those independent contractors as needed, to ensure that our clients' customer experience measurement programs are completed to the highest quality and within required timelines, to provide the value those clients expect.

In this very busy environment, you will use your natural creativity and energetic communication skills through a variety of communication media, including social media, AI tools, and the telephone, to work within strict client deadlines and consistently achieve your goals.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using technology, including AI and social media
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Bi-lingual (English and French) is an asset
• Experience in a call center or busy retail environment is a definite asset
• Relevant experience as a market researcher or in evaluating customer experience is a plus

Requirements

• Availability for four weekday evenings and one weekend shift
