[Hiring] Part-Time Remote Client Support Specialist @Alert Communications

Role Description

As a Part-Time Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for callers reaching out to our partner law firms. In this role, you will:

• Evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries.
• Deliver compassionate customer care.
• Ensure a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call.

Qualifications

• Must live in Arizona (excluding Flagstaff).
• Availability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality (legal industry experience is a major plus).
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Reliability, high accuracy, and strong productivity using company tools and software.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is strongly desired.

Requirements

• A quiet and private workspace free from background noise and distraction.
• High-speed Fiber or Cable connection (Wi-Fi, DSL, and satellite connections are not permitted).
• Minimum 15 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload speeds required.
• Must connect directly to your modem or router via Ethernet cable.
• A PC or Laptop operating on Windows 11 (or higher) and a wired USB headset with an integrated microphone. Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, and tablets are incompatible.
