[Hiring] Overnight Customer Service Representative @Capital Management Services

Role Description

Capital Management Services is hiring customer service representatives to assist customers of a large banking institution with lost or stolen debit cards and suspected account fraud. Training and the position are 100% remote, and company equipment is provided.

We welcome candidates with experience in phone customer service, collections, telemarketing, sales, or other customer-facing roles. If you have strong customer service skills and are looking to enter the remote call center environment, we encourage you to apply.

This position requires overnight, weekend, and holiday availability. Traditional weekday daytime shifts are not available, except for potential holiday coverage.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers reporting lost or stolen debit cards and suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Help customers file disputes and deactivate affected debit cards to protect their accounts.
• Maintain an empathetic, professional tone when assisting customers through stressful situations.
• Use problem-solving and communication skills to address customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Reside in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• Have at least three years of customer service experience.
• Have at least three years of experience using a PC or laptop.
• Complete a required background check.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Have a wired high-speed internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload speeds. Wi-Fi connections are not permitted.
• Have an Android smartphone running OS 11.0 or higher, or an iPhone running iOS 15 or higher.
• Have either a smartphone with unlimited calling minutes or a landline phone.

• Training begins Monday, November 16, 2026, according to the schedule below. Sessions ending at 2:00 a.m. continue into the following calendar day.

  • Wednesday: 9 p.m.–2 a.m.: Product Knowledge
  • Thursday: Off for the holiday
• Week of November 30:
  • Monday: 9 p.m.–2 a.m.: Practical Knowledge
  • Tuesday: 9 p.m.–2 a.m.: Practical Knowledge
  • Wednesday: 9 p.m.–2 a.m.: Practical Knowledge
  • Thursday: 9 p.m.–2 a.m.: Practical Knowledge
• Week of December 7:
  • Monday: 9 p.m.–2 a.m.: Begin Taking Calls
