Role Description

Help patients get the care they need while building a rewarding remote career. We're looking for motivated English/Spanish Bilingual Patient Scheduling Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health. This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience
• Confident speaking with people throughout the day
• Enjoys working toward measurable goals and KPIs
• Can multitask between multiple systems
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Communicates with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• Make 125+ outbound calls per day
• Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments
• Educate patients on the importance of routine healthcare
• Build trust and rapport with patients
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining empathy
• Accurately document every interaction
• Meet productivity, quality, and appointment conversion goals
• Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA requirements
