Role Description

We’re looking for an Order Processor ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for our clients while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. If you’re proactive, highly organized, and passionate about customer service, this is the role for you.

Compensation & Work Environment Details:

• Hourly Range: $18.00 - $20.00
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT/ 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MT. Must be able to work Pacific/Mountain Time hours while supporting clients, branch teams, and field operations across all U.S. time zones, adapting communication and prioritization as needed.
• Work Location: This position can be based in the following states: Nevada or Arizona. Candidates must reside in one of these states at the time of hire.
• Work Environment: Remote role with high client interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of order processing, customer service, or call center experience; hospitality/concierge or executive assistant background is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or degree preferred.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); Salesforce experience highly preferred.
• Outstanding service skills, empathy, and ability to resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to demonstrate a professional demeanor, adapt quickly, and work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Accurately create and process service work orders in our system, ensuring client needs are addressed quickly and effectively.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and text. Resolve client and resident issues or escalate as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, proactive communication, and professional support.
• Work closely with branch operations teams to support scheduling changes, order updates, and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records, update databases, and ensure all client interactions are documented thoroughly.
• Conduct follow-up calls and digital surveys to ensure service expectations are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with account setup, manage client property information, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
