Role Description

Robert is seeking a meticulous and efficient Order Processing Clerk to join our operations team. You will work closely with sales, inventory, and shipping departments to coordinate order flow and resolve any issues that arise. • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order information and product availability.
• Coordinate with inventory and shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Update order status and communicate with customers and internal teams as needed.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or order issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions.
• Assist with order-related reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order processing, data entry, or related administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with order management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or education is a plus.
