Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The role involves:

• Monitoring recurring operational tasks
• Verifying HR and compliance updates
• Managing communications
• Maintaining accurate reporting systems to ensure efficiency and alignment with requirements

This is a part-time position (2 hours/day, 10 hours/week), ideal for someone with prior experience in operations or management support, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow structured workflows. Full training and process guidance will be provided. The VA’s main goal is to keep daily activities on track through consistent, detail-oriented support.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, HR, or compliance management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or Amazon DSP operations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools is a plus

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 hours/week
• Daily Working Time: 9 AM to 11 AM CST
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
