[Hiring] Operations Support Specialist @Coconut

Role Description

We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role below:

• Role: Operations Support Specialist
• Monthly Rate: $450-750/month
• Availability: Part-time - 30 hours/week
• Time Zone: 8:30AM to 4:00 PM

Qualifications

• Ability to work in Excel and Word
• NetSuite experience is preferred
• Decent comprehension of English, and ability to communicate well via Email

Requirements

• Data entry across multiple systems
• Submission of invoices
• Compliance checks and updates-subcontractor paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Collecting and submitting project closing documents
• Work in Go Canvas to push out inspection forms and review submissions
• Updating/Cleanup of the database for the contractor network
• Ability to write internal and external e-mail communications
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Other job duties as assigned
