• Handle day-to-day operational requests, from checking on deliveries to resolving logistical challenges.
• Manage and prioritize emails, flagging important messages and responding when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
• Keep sales data organized in Excel, tracking leads, sales progress, and customer interactions.
• Solve problems independently—handle issues quickly and efficiently without constant direction.
• Work closely with the sales executive to take on key tasks that support sales growth.
