[Hiring] Operations and Client Support Coordinator @Somewhere

Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations & Client Support Coordinator to manage day-to-day communications, scheduling, and administrative operations. This role is essential to keeping our programs running smoothly and ensuring excellent communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and return phone calls from clients (parents, schools, city partners)
• Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Manage scheduling for classes, birthday parties, and private events
• Coordinate logistics with instructors and internal team
• Maintain accurate class rosters and attendance records
• Update and manage CRM systems
• Communicate with city departments regarding contracts and program details
• Ensure all client interactions are handled with warmth and professionalism

Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar operations/client support role, preferably in the kids'/family services industry
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients, staff, and partners
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Experience working remotely and familiarity with virtual communication tools
• Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling software, and other business management platforms (Monday.com, Hubspot)
