職務範囲

• Amazonの配送・物流システムおよびアプリケーションのサポート
• Amazonの物流拠点にて発生する多様な障害・問合せのサポート
• 必要に応じて各種プロジェクトのサポート

主な職務内容

• 障害のトリアージ・一次切り分け・開発チームへのエスカレーションとフォローアップ
• 多様な障害・問合せのトリアージ・一時受け付け・適切なチームへのルーティング
• 重大障害発生時のトリアージ・一次切り分け・エスカレーション・Conference Callへの参加
• 必要に応じて各種プロジェクトへの参画やサポートの提供
• 全てのシフトは基本的にリモートでの勤務

• メール・チケット・チャットツールでのユーザー対応
• 大規模障害のインシデントマネジメント
• プロジェクト計画推進と実行
• インシデントレポート作成
• 社内ユーザーへの情報発信
• 定型業務自動化作業

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 3+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
• 3+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
• 3+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
• 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of scripting language experience
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent experience required
• TOEIC score of 700 or above, or equivalent experience in English-based conversation and communication
