[Hiring] Online Wedding Coordinator @wedded.wonderland

Role Description

We're looking for an Online Wedding Coordinator: a warm, organised person who talks to brides every day, works out what they need and connects them with the right Wedded Wonderland vendors, venues and packages. Fully remote (Philippines) | Full-time.

You are the first friendly voice a bride hears from Wedded Wonderland. This is an advisory, online-only role. You won't run weddings on the day. You listen, recommend and connect, then make sure every bride feels looked after until she has booked what she needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk to brides
• Reply to new enquiries on website chat, WhatsApp and email within agreed response times.
• Run short discovery calls by video or phone to learn each bride's date, destination, guest count, budget, style and cultural or religious traditions.
• Be the bride's go-to contact from first enquiry until she has booked, with regular check-ins along the way.
• Match brides to what they need
• Recommend venues and vendors from the Wedded Wonderland directory, such as photographers, planners and stylists, florists, entertainment, and hair and makeup.
• Introduce brides to vendors and follow up so each introduction becomes a conversation or a booking.
• Suggest Wedded Wonderland destination wedding and honeymoon packages when they suit the bride's plans.
• Share helpful guides, real-wedding stories and event invitations (e.g. Wedded World) to keep brides engaged.
• Keep things organised
• Log every bride in the CRM with her date, destination, budget, needs, vendors introduced and next step.
• Track the status of each introduction and booking. Flag hot leads and issues to the team.
• Collect feedback from brides and vendors, and suggest gaps in the directory (for example, a destination with too few photographers).
• Write and improve saved replies, FAQs and checklists for common bride questions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role such as customer service, sales, concierge, hospitality, events or bridal.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a warm, polished tone suited to a luxury brand.
• Confidence on video calls and the ability to build rapport quickly with brides from different cultures.
• Strong organisation: you can juggle 30+ active conversations without dropping a follow-up.
• Experience using a CRM or helpdesk, and comfort with Google Workspace.
• A reliable laptop, stable internet (25 Mbps+) and a quiet place to take calls, plus a backup power or internet option.

Requirements

• Wedding, event or destination travel experience.
• Sales or lead-conversion experience with measurable results.
• Knowledge of popular destinations such as Italy, Greece, Bali or Mexico.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Zoho or live-chat tools.
• A second language, such as Spanish, Arabic or Hindi.
