What will you be doing, exactly?

• Assisting recently activated Fibre and LTE customers to get their service up and running through outbound calls and inbound Live chats
• Troubleshooting any connectivity issues that recently activated Fibre and LTE customers might have through outbound calls and Live chats
• Assisting customers with the billing process for recently activated customers on Fibre and LTE
• Guiding customers step by step through MWeb’s customer portal – training them on how to make use of the platform for their own benefit.

• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work methodically

Requirements

• Grade 12
• ISP experience – preferable
• Tech savvy – understanding technical terms preferable and processes
• Strong Telephone Etiquette
• Strong customer service skills are a must
• Comptia A+ certification (Advantageous)
