[Hiring] Onboarding Consultant @Virtuagym

Role Description

As Customer Onboarding Consultant in our Customer Onboarding International team, you will be the first point of contact for our local clients/customers and manage their success.

• Responsible for the growth and development of Virtuagym.
• Establish a strong connection with customers for DACH and international markets.
• Engage and motivate clients to use our software and expand our customer base.
• Ensure new customers get value from their software package quickly.
• Provide tailored advice to ensure customers become Virtuagym fans.
• Onboard your own portfolio of starting clients and advise them in software implementation from A to Z.
• Ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction through service and involvement during consultations.
• Recognize important customer issues to contribute to retention.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with managing client communication (call center, hospitality, events).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (native).
• Ability to connect easily with people.
• Comfortable working with freedom and autonomy.
• True problem solver with great empathic skills.
• Fast learner and tech-savvy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to think outside the box.

• Make customers successful in the first few months of their lifetime.
• Provide high-quality and well-structured onboarding.
• Host 1:1 consulting sessions.
• Proactively reach out to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.
