[Hiring] Office Scheduler @Visiting Angels

Role Description

This role will primarily assist during business hours with:

• Scheduling client/team member shifts
• On-Call rotations

Assistance is needed with day shift scheduling as needed. This role will assist the office team via:

• Picking up available day shifts
• Working with clients/employees to schedule shifts
• Capturing notes for the office team to handle after shift

This is a fast-paced scheduling position that requires problem-solving skills and the ability to create win-win solutions. Prior experience scheduling in Home/Healthcare is highly desired.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with staffing/scheduling tools
• Experience with ClearCare scheduling software (preferred)
• Current or former CNA (preferred)
• Prior experience scheduling in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
• Background/Experience in Caregiver Role
• Proven customer service experience
• Able to respond to clients/team members within 15 minutes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Some post-high school education, 2-4 Year Degree preferred
• Some medical billing or process documentation experience (not required, nice to have)
