[Hiring] OEM Customer Service Sales Support @Merit Medical Systems, Inc.

Role Description

This position is responsible to provide OEM customer service sales support to management, OEM customers, and Sales Representatives.

• Provides technical support to Sales Representatives and customers and reports any issues to management.
• Communicates customer needs and specifications to Sales Representatives, Engineering Operations, and management.
• Delivers product samples to Sales Representatives, customers, and trade shows upon request.
• Prepares demonstration bags for Sales Representatives.
• Responsible for understanding and resolving customer service issues.
• Generates reports regarding products, sales revenue, complaints, etc.
• Coordinates sales-related activities and customer requests with supporting departments.
• Generates shipping documents required for domestic and foreign shipments.
• Manages complex order details and quotations with customers and Sales Representatives through email, phone, fax, or other communication outlets.
• Performs other duties and tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Six years of related work experience in marketing and/or customer service.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict time constraints to meet the demands of customers and management.
• Very detail-oriented and accurate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
