Role Description

The Notifier 1 reports to the Senior Consulting Utility Forester (Notification Supervisor) at ACRT Inc. This position will play a key role in providing an educational, personable, and professional interface with customers. This position requires:

• A high degree of organization
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional time management
• A willingness to travel as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; may substitute 5 years of experience in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Associates Degree in Forestry or Horticulture (nice to have)
• One year of utility related experience (nice to have)

Requirements

• No experience is necessary. Employees will be trained.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and work independently and as a team
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgement to make good business decisions
• Competent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions in a safe manner
