Role Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Norwegian-language Helpdesk Agent to join our remote team based in Greece. In this role, you will provide dedicated support for our restaurant platform, assisting Norwegian-speaking clients to ensure smooth and efficient use of our services.

As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Norwegian restaurant partners and users, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance to enhance their experience with the platform.

• Deliver remote helpdesk support to Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and resolve technical and user-related problems quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the support system
• Assist clients in navigating platform features and optimizing usage
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
• Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
• Stay informed about platform updates and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer support or helpdesk roles is preferred
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software
• Customer-focused attitude with resilience in handling challenging issues
