Role Description

We're looking for a Multichannel Trilingual Customer Expert | Portuguese. You'll provide support for the client's products and services, including:

• Hardware
• Software
• Networking
• Interactions with operating systems and computer applications

• An intermediate English and intermediate-advanced Portuguese speaker who can build genuine and supportive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel heard and valued while guiding them through technical challenges.
• Someone who excels at assisting with hardware, software, networking, and operating systems, providing expert support, and promoting the client's products with ease and confidence with its tech, software, and programming expertise.
• A detail-oriented pro who handles sensitive data with care and confidentiality, ensuring trust and accuracy every step of the way.
