[Hiring] Mortgage Loan Processor @First Service Bank

Role Description

This role involves processing mortgage loans and ensuring a smooth experience for customers.

• Gather and verify all documentation
• Ensure each loan meets guidelines for Fannie Mae and other secondary market programs
• Coordinate with underwriting to clear conditions
• Work closely with loan officers, borrowers, and third parties to keep everyone informed and on track
• Keep deadlines in check — manage lock expirations and closing dates
• Create a smooth, positive, and efficient mortgage experience for every customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of mortgage loans
• One year or more of experience in administrative support activities
• Great math skills
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficient communicator
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines simultaneously
• Sound judgment and ability to solve problems

Requirements

• Encompass Loan Origination experience (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and RD loans (preferred but not required)
