Role Description

• Monitor Patient Scans:
  • Review incoming scans for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with Offices & Patients:
  • Respond to messages and inquiries from orthodontic offices and patients.
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues:
  • Resolve any problems with the dashboard or scanning process.
• Provide Patient Support:
  • Assist patients with questions about the remote monitoring process and scanning procedures.
• Maintain Data Integrity:
  • Ensure patient information is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with Team:
  • Work closely with other Monitoring Specialists to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow Protocols:
  • Adhere to established procedures and compliance standards.
• Improve Processes:
  • Suggest and implement workflow improvements for better efficiency.
• Provide Feedback:
  • Share insights with leadership on system usability and patient experiences.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 2:00pm CST
• Monday to Wednesday or Saturday to Sunday, 5:00am - 2:00pm CST
• Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm CST
• Monday to Wednesday or Saturday to Sunday, 10:00am - 7:00pm CST
• Monday to Friday, 8:00pm - 5:00am CST
• Monday to Wednesday or Saturday or Sunday, 8:00pm - 5:00am CST
• Monday-Friday, 7pm-4am CST
• Monday-Wednesday or Saturday Sunday, 7pm-4am CST
