Role Description

• The Member Tech Support Representative provides technical assistance to members by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving online account issues through inbound calls.
• Primary duties will include answering member questions and troubleshooting technical issues related to the Member Portal (computer web browser & phone application).
• This includes asking questions, gathering information for reporting to internal IT teams, creating clear/detailed documentation, and using common technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting or technical background
• Health insurance experience strongly preferred
• Experience walking someone through an insurance benefits portal and how to navigate preferred
