Role Description

• Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom
• Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Provide attentive, client-first service

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company
• Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable
• Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
• Work authorization in the United States
• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
