Role Description

Member Service Coordinators play a key role in delivering our advocacy services, serving as a trusted resource for members as they navigate their employer benefits. In this role, you will help individuals:

• Understand their coverage
• Resolve issues
• Connect them with the care and resources they need

This ensures a seamless experience through phone, email, and chat interactions. In addition, Member Service Coordinators support participants throughout their company’s wellness program by:

• Answering questions
• Assisting with a variety of program-related needs

We are seeking candidates who are confident guiding individuals through benefit questions and delivering a high-touch, supportive level of service. This role is a great fit for individuals with experience in:

• Receptionist roles
• Scheduler roles
• Insurance verification
• Medical environments

Additionally, strong customer service skills are essential for those looking to make a meaningful impact.

Schedule: The standard work week for this position will be Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.
