Role Description

In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations and help clients understand the coverage options available to them. Warm leads are provided, so you can focus on supporting clients rather than searching for prospects.

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations with clients via Zoom
• Match individuals and families with appropriate coverage options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain accurate and compliant digital records
• Participate in weekly team calls, training sessions, and performance coaching
• Collaborate with teammates to share strategies and support team success

Qualifications

• Strong communicators who are comfortable speaking with clients virtually
• Self-motivated professionals who work well independently
• Individuals who enjoy helping others and solving problems
• Tech-comfortable candidates familiar with platforms such as Zoom and CRM systems
• Individuals legally authorized to work in the United States
• Access to a Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet
