Role Description

As a Member Services Advisor, The Ritz-Carlton Club at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), you will assist in providing our members and guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories.

• Providing customer service and support for The Ritz-Carlton Club.
• Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, mail, internet request, or in person.
• Assisting members with their reservation and informational needs.
• Checking reservation availability and finding alternate dates or accommodations if needed.
• Verifying reservation and account details to ensure accuracy.
• Resolving complaints and/or reservation errors professionally and politely to ensure effective resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Assisting members with additional vacation ownership usage options.

Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.

Requirements

• Position may require background and/or drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• Listing is applicable for applicants who reside in Salt Lake City, Utah or Orlando, Florida areas (within two hours of the office locations).
