[Hiring] Member Outreach, Account Management @CVS Health

Role Description

This position is responsible for member-facing and provider-facing outreach to support Medicare Part D stars initiatives including any current Part D measures. Calls are made to members on the West coast, so work hours will be during appropriate call times for the Pacific Time (PT) zone.

• Execute clinical pharmacy programs
• Coordinate strategies for increasing adherence
• Utilize motivational interviewing and health coaching to impact member behavior
• Outreach to members 90% of the day
• Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external matrix partners to support clinical programs
• Work collaboratively with leadership and management to strengthen business and operational processes
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Medicare Stars, managed care or population health
• 2+ years of customer or patient-facing experience
• Enhanced knowledge of pharmacy and claims processing
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Superior communication skills with patients and clinicians
• Ability to prioritize daily to monthly deliverables
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Sharepoint

Requirements

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Sharepoint
• This position could involve travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), Technician Trainee license, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or equivalent clinical training
• Knowledge of formulary designs, prescription benefit trends
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Education

• High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred
