Role Description

We are currently seeking full time, remote-based Member Advocates to join our dynamic, growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Call Center, Customer Service Professionals AND Pharmacy Technicians looking for a career change from the retail pharmacy environment.

As a Member Advocate, you truly are an advocate for our members. You will:

• Receive inbound calls from members to answer questions regarding their pharmacy benefits.
• Establish and maintain relationships with members to ensure all needs are met completely, promptly, and professionally.
• Convey a sense of care for members and expertise in our services.
• Influence a positive customer experience by providing information and solving issues for the member.

This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Work Schedule

• Must be available from 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM CST; hours will be in this range and likely include a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
• May be required to work rotating shifts (8-10 hour shifts), including Holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Some overtime may be required.
• Shift bid twice a year per grade on metrics; top 10% performers choose or create their own shift.
• Scheduling flexibility is a requirement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in high volume, dynamic call center environment.
• PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience preferred.
• Chat Support experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent telephone customer service skills and knowledge in CHAT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new skills, tools, and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under difficult circumstances with a wide variety of individuals.
