• Following the urgent escalation route for immediate safety issues.
• Maintaining a clear case history to avoid repetitive inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned online maintenance submissions.
• Check for required description and contact details.
• Route urgent reports under the defined process.
• Record access preferences without promising a visit.
• Check the current work-order stage.
• Share approved status updates with residents.
• Keep supporting files and correspondence linked.

Qualifications

• Previous exposure to office administration or customer service (optional).
• Ability to remain calm with frustrated residents.
• Attention to detail with dates and status terms.

Requirements

• A suitable home office or comparable space to support resident records.
• Full-time remote availability.
• Compensation of $30 per hour.
