[Hiring] LPN Customer Care Screener @ACC PREMIERE

Role Description

Support consumer contacts with a focus on those alleging illness or similarly related claims.

• Maintain a working knowledge of client products, services, and SOPs.
• Enter information into specific Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software while maintaining dialogue with a consumer.
• Track handling of escalated contacts per client protocols; provide follow-up activities as required.
• Resolve escalated contacts to consumer and client satisfaction.
• Identify potential safety concerns using tools provided.
• Assess the severity of contacts related to Regulatory needs and alert appropriate team members as dictated by client protocols.
• Communicate and coordinate with client Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Legal teams regarding the management of high priority cases.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Attention to detail as evidenced by concise documentation.
• Demonstrated success in problem solving and diffusing difficult callers.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM Software, ACD System, Email and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering information.
• Knowledge of program specific material.
• Ability to search databases to locate specific information.
• Strong organizational skills related to case management.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience operating PCs to Type, Navigate the Internet, Search Databases, etc.
• Experience in an environment in which customer interaction is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish and/or French needed also).
