[Hiring] Loss Drafts Inbound Call Center Associate @Allstate

Role Description

Loss Drafts Inbound Call Center Associate plays a key role in supporting homeowners who have experienced property damage and are navigating the insurance claims process. In this role you would be responsible for performing loss draft and property damage requirements including:

• Processing documents
• Ordering and reviewing inspections
• Working loss draft queues
• Evaluating exceptions

This role supports borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls, process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
• Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound calls
• Experience resolving escalated or sensitive customer issues
• Claims handling experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to accurately document interactions and track cases
• High School Diploma or GED

Requirements

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $19.00 per hour.
