Role Description

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who has already done this kind of work - someone who has supported a US mortgage professional and knows what it takes to keep loan files moving without needing to be walked through every step.

• Collecting borrower documents and following up until complete
• Organizing and uploading files into cloud-based systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)
• Tracking and updating loan pipeline spreadsheets or CRM tools
• Scheduling appraisals, inspections, and closings with multiple parties
• Sending professional status updates and coordinating between borrowers, agents, and lenders
• Using e-signature platforms such as DocuSign or HelloSign
• Working within US business hours and communicating with a US-based team

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in US mortgage, real estate, or financial admin support
• Proven track record of managing document collection and follow-ups independently
• Excellent written English - you will be communicating directly with US clients and borrowers
• Strong organizational skills with a history of managing multiple active files at once
• Proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and email management tools
• Stable wired internet (50 Mbps minimum), noise-canceling headset, and webcam
