[Hiring] Live Support Specialist @Primebase

Role Description

We are looking for new team members to join our Live Support Team!

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support
• Native-level proficiency in Turkish
• Preferably experienced in sales and customer relationship management
• Strong focus on solving customer issues, with knowledge of pre- and post-sales processes
• Suitable for remote (home office) work
• Owns a computer and has a fast internet connection
• Able to work in shifts (8 hours per day, 5 days a week) within our 24/7 live support line
• Minimum high school graduate (for male candidates, military service must be completed)
• Excellent written communication and persuasion skills
• Motivated to build a career in customer support and eager to grow
• Open to learning and continuous development
• Dynamic, determined, and enjoys communication
• Strong work discipline
• Proficient in MS Office programs
