Role Description

Koin Limited is currently looking for a Live Operations Administrator to join our growing international team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing multi-brand e-commerce group headquartered in the UK, operating across the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, and scaling towards £100M in annual revenue.

The Live Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting live shopping and auction events by managing and moderating real-time customer interaction, ensuring a high-energy, engaging, and commercially effective live experience. This is a fast-paced, operational role ideal for someone who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in real-time environments.

• Actively moderate live chat during auctions and live shopping events
• Maintain high levels of chat activity to support the flow of the auction
• Respond quickly and appropriately to viewer messages
• Ensure chat remains relevant, positive, and aligned with brand tone
• Prompt viewers to participate using proven engagement techniques
• Encourage passive viewers to become active bidders or participants
• Welcome and onboard new viewers throughout the show
• Reinforce urgency using prompts, countdowns, and call-to-action messaging
• Highlight bidding activity and call out participants in real time
• Support the host in maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Assist in driving momentum during key auction moments
• Help build a strong sense of community within live audiences
• Promote upcoming shows, announcements, and repeat attendance
• Encourage ongoing engagement beyond individual events

Qualifications

• Excellent written English (clear, fast, and confident communication)
• Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in real-time environments
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure live settings
• Strong typing speed and responsiveness
• Ability to follow structured processes while adapting quickly when needed
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
