Role Description

In this role, you'll assist clients as they explore and organize travel and lifestyle-focused experiences by helping coordinate arrangements, reviewing options, and keeping planning steps moving smoothly from start to confirmation.

This flexible remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others create memorable experiences, staying organized across multiple planning details, and working independently in a supportive virtual environment. Training resources and continued team guidance are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable organization and attention to important details
• Confidence working independently in a virtual environment
• Comfort using online coordination tools and communication platforms
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, or administrative roles is helpful but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Applicants must be authorized to work within the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring regions

Requirements

• Connect with clients to understand their interests, priorities, and goals
• Assist with coordinating travel-related services such as accommodations, activities, and transportation
• Review available experience options using approved partner platforms
• Provide timely updates regarding confirmations and scheduling progress
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and secure messaging systems
• Support adjustments or service updates when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation related to planning activity
• Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing development opportunities
